Exciting News!

Our team has been working hard on bringing a much needed children's book to share with you.

The book I'm The Biggest Helper With Momma's Autoimmune Disease is a book written to help parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles explain autoimmune diseases in an easy to learn way.

This book not only helps to educate children on invisible illnesses, it also teaches our young children how they can become big helpers to individuals in their lives who may need a helping hand.

This book encourages learning independence and a growth mindset by learning to adapt to new and changing situations and health conditions.

This website is dedicated to helping individuals who are living with Sjogren's or Lupus, or any other type of invisible rheumatic disease.
Whether you are:
  • on the search for a diagnosis
  • have recently been diagnosed
  • have been a long time Sjogren's or Lupus patient or
  • if you are a loved one or support person to someone with these diseases
My mission is to help you with your journey.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we crash and burn.
Just like the Phoenix who is seasonally reborn, this site is testament to how I have learned to rise up and grow from the ashes.
