Our team has been working hard on bringing a much needed children's book to share with you.

The book I'm The Biggest Helper With Momma's Autoimmune Disease is a book written to help parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles explain autoimmune diseases in an easy to learn way.

This book not only helps to educate children on invisible illnesses, it also teaches our young children how they can become big helpers to individuals in their lives who may need a helping hand.

This book encourages learning independence and a growth mindset by learning to adapt to new and changing situations and health conditions.

Because I've been there.

I've had an unpleasant yet not uncommon experience with getting a diagnosis for an invisible illness at a young age.

I've learned a lot along the way.
